GMG Broker Inc. acts as an independent mortgage intermediary connecting borrowers with qualified institutional and private lenders. Advertised rates are subject to change without notice O.A.C. and depend on applicant creditworthiness, property appraisal, and lender criteria.
3. Digital Accuracy & Consent
By submitting loan applications and calculators online, you certify that all information submitted is true, accurate, and complete. You authorize GMG Broker to pull credit reports with authorized credit reporting agencies upon written or digital consent.
